Contract Law

LSP represents its clients in all aspects of contract law. LSP works to negotiate a contract that is both beneficial to its client, while remaining reasonable to ensure a strong working relationship with the other parties to the contract. LSP represents its clients through each juncture of the contracting process, from the initial negotiations, drafting and finalization of the contract, to the implementation and enforcement of the rights and obligations outlined within the final contract.
